The department offers B.Sc. Econometrics and Data Management (Honours) programme which is an interdisciplinary course that combines Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and Data Analytics to equip students with the skills required to understand, analyze and solve real-world socio-economic problems. The programme emphasizes quantitative reasoning, econometric modeling, data management, and evidence-based decision-making using modern digital tools and software.

Students develop competencies in data collection, processing, statistical analysis, regression modeling, research methodology and data-driven policy evaluation. The course prepares learners for careers in data analytics, economic research, banking and finance, policy analysis, government services, business intelligence, market research, academia and research organizations through analytical thinking and ethical values, leadership qualities, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills.
